Bada & Mimo offers handcrafted miniature artworks, jewellery and made-to-order pieces.

Each piece is individually handmade, and slight variations are part of the handmade process. Production times are indicated on each product page.

Prices are displayed in euros (€). VAT is not applicable — Art. 293 B of the French General Tax Code.

Shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or taxes are displayed separately before the order is confirmed.

Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully received. A confirmation email will be sent to the customer.

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase, except for custom commissions subject to the payment terms specified in Section 05.

Custom commissions are created according to the client's specifications.

A 50% deposit is required before production begins, with the remaining balance due before shipping. Production typically takes 3–6 weeks, with an estimated timeline provided in the quotation.

Custom-made and clearly personalised goods are not eligible for the 14-day right of withdrawal where the applicable legal conditions are met.

Orders are shipped from France. Shipping costs and estimated processing and delivery times are provided before the order is confirmed.

For orders outside the EU, customs duties or import taxes may apply.

For eligible purchases, customers have 14 days from receipt of the goods to exercise their right of withdrawal.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect. Custom-made and clearly personalised goods may be excluded from the right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable law.

Products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity and the legal guarantee against hidden defects, in accordance with French law.

Care and safety information, including any applicable warnings, is provided on each product page.

All designs, photographs, texts, illustrations and artworks on this website remain the intellectual property of Bada & Mimo / Yao Lin, unless otherwise stated.

They may not be reproduced or used commercially without prior written permission. Purchasing a product does not transfer intellectual property rights.
